Ed Helms said he would be down to reprise his role as Stu in a fourth installment of The Hangover franchise.

While speaking with People magazine at the Los Angeles premiere of Netflix’s Family Switch Wednesday, the actor said he would “of course” return for The Hangover Part IV if the opportunity presented itself.

“I mean, [costars] Bradley [Cooper],Zach [Galifianakis], [director] Todd [Philips] — these are some of my favorite people on the planet, so I would do anything with them,” he said. “Oh my God, I would do anything with those guys.”

Helms’ comments come days after Cooper said on The New Yorker Radio Hour that he would do another sequel in the R-rated franchise “in an instant” because “I love Todd, I love Zach, I love Ed so much.” But he admitted, “I don’t think Todd is ever going to do that.”

And Helms agreed with the Maestro star, adding, “Like Bradley said, it is highly unlikely Tood would be up for it.”

The success of The Hangover trilogy, which started when the first installment debuted in 2009, helped Helms’ rise to fame. But last year, he said on the Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend podcast that the “tornado of fame” that followed was “very overwhelming.” Especially because he suddenly had several projects and scripts being pitched to him.

“I was kind of spinning out and panicking about different things, like … what kind of a career do you want,” Helms recalled. “I definitely felt a lot of anxiety and like, identity kind of just turmoil. And I will say one of the craziest things about a … massive jump into fame like that is … the just total loss of control of your environment.”
